Is my company too big or too small for your managed IT services?
We work with companies of all sizes, but we like to begin working with companies that have at least 50 users and up to several thousand users. There are always special needs for some smaller businesses that we can certainly address, so don’t be afraid to ask if you have fewer than 50 users. Contact us, and ask! We support schools, SMB, and enterprise. You could be a non-profit, a university, a government agency, or a celebrity. Contact us!
How do you bill?
The short answer is that it depends. We can bill by device and user as well combining blocks of time to a known, monthly reoccurring invoice. Each client is unique, and while we have standard formulas we use for determining cost, the costs can vary. Solvonex does offer educational discounts and pricing options that are discounted for clients who exclusively buy products from us. We also offer pure staff augment scenarios, so that may be the “renting our brains” which you will find also is affordable.
How do I get started?
The first thing to do is contact us to see if we have a synergy. If we find that working together makes sense, we will set up an assessment engagement in which we will assess your environment and provide you with a report on what you have from a tech perspective and the current state. This is a paid engagement and must be completed before a client is onboarded into our managed IT services environment.
Why do we do the assessment? You don’t want any surprises, and neither do we! Plus, we have found that going down the assessment route helps you better understand your true needs allowing us to design a correct solution for you.

01 — Technology Assessment
Not sure your current tech and processes are up to speed with where your business is going? Doing baseline assessments using industry best practices and our decades of experience will help you figure out what you have, what you need, and where you need to go. We can complete these types of engagements on-site and remotely with scopes of work (SOWs) that may be time and materials based or based on a block of time. You get a report and ways to remediate the issues we find as well as a path to close the gap. Even if you do not use us for Managed IT Services, our assessments help your business leaders understand your barriers for success.
Need a baseline cybersecurity or business continuity assessment? We can do that as well and help you build a framework to support your compliance needs.
02 — Executive and Public Figure Cyber Security
Perhaps you have special computing and cyber security needs because of who you are and what risks you may be facing? We offer business executive and celebrity or public figure technology support and cyber security engagements to help you stay focused on what is before you while we worry about your tech. It is like a managed IT service but for very special engagements and people that may need a little more assistance because of who they are to the public. These engagements are available ONLY for US based citizens with residences in the United States and those persons devoid of criminal records.
03 — WIFI, Network, & Server Design
Solvonex has the capabilities to creative predictive wireless design analysis for your facility as well as assess the current WIFI effectiveness to show you the gaps you may have in your environment. We can design your new network, top to bottom, and install it including all of the data cabling that may be required.

04 — Virtual CIO or Staff Augment
